It's not the best ''shooter'', but, it IS one of the best.
Graphics-Fantastic! There is one level inparticular that has LOTS of paralax scrolling, & even psuedo-reflextions that look almost real! They put alot of detail into the graphics!
Sound-Wonderful! Alot, if not all the music is from the series! The sounds are decent as well. Nothing that I can remember that was exceptionally good. But the music rocks!
Playability-The game plays very welll. Pretty tight controls on both forms of your ship. The robot mode takes a little getting used to. The I button makes you turn one way, & the II button makes you turn the other. You get used to it. Weapon wise, as you go through the game, you can choose different weapons, depending on how many points you have.
